When you write to us or send a project brief, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, email, company and what you want to make.

We also collect basic, anonymous usage data (pages visited, device type, rough location) to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

We never sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Only the Longtake producers, directors and crew working with you. We use a small number of trusted tools (email, calendar, analytics, project management) that process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Project conversations are kept for as long as we work together and up to three years after. Anonymous analytics are kept for 26 months.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. Write to us and we will reply within 30 days.
